| Administrative Login Interface Login to your Administrative Account using a Web-based interface.
Overview Upon successful login, you have the ability to manage your domain, users, and quarantine.
Manage Your Domain By selecting "View and manage" under the Domains category, you have the ability to set your destination mail server, enable whitelists, and set preferences including the frequency of emailed quarantine summaries.
Adding Users For Individual Quarantines As an Administrator, you may add users giving each the ability to access his/her own individual quarantines. Optionally, you may choose to handle all quarantined messages for your domain(s) without individual user involvement.
Spam Quarantine The quarantine allows you to view the emails that were classified as spam by our portal. You can also search for emails using "From," "To," or "Subject" criteria. Messages can be deleted and selected emails can also be forced to the destination server from the quarantine. In addition, you may view the message score that was given by the system in classifying it as spam and/or send the message to our engineers for further analysis.
Content Quarantine By viewing the content quarantine, you can easily see the classification that was given to the message by the SpamWeeder system. Messages may be classified as: containing viruses, including dangerous file names, spam, or containing other dangerous content
End-User Login Login to your individual end-user quarantine using our Web-based interface
End-User Overview Upon successful login, you are directed to your quarantine where you can see all quarantined messages along with a summary of statistics for your account. You may search the quarantine by "From" or "Subject," force selected messages to be delivered to your inbox, review the SpamWeeder scoring given by the system, or send selected messages for further analysis.
End-User Parameters By selecting the "parameters" tab, you may set language, address, and spam action preferences. In addition, by selecting "edit whitelist," you may add to your approved senders list.
End-User -Adding Approved Senders While viewing the "parameters" tab, you may select "edit whitelist," to add email addresses to your approved senders list.
End-User -Help By selecting the "support" tab, end-users can readily view information regarding how SpamWeeder works, help with the user interface, and view links to our online documentation.
