Mail Bagging Plans
Domains
- Numbers recommendations are based on the average number of
emails spooled per domain per day. Your system is limited only
by the amount of storage space necessary to back up all of your
domains. The number of domains could be irrelevant. (VPS Lite
plan is not included. VPS Lite is limited to 5 domains.)
Anti Virus Protection
- Standard protection with ClamAV® engine. Anti-virus protection
is only for bagged emails.
Anti Spam Protection
- Reverse DNS lookup in up to 4 blackhole lists.
Anti-Spam Control Panel
- Administrators
may accept/block email addresses, networks, domains, or users.
This control panel is an effective tool in the prevention of
Dictionary attacks. Please

filtering solution.
Assistance with Domain Setup
- Lite Plan includes setup of up to 5 domains.
VPS Lite Webmin Control Panel
- Control panel access limited to viewing log file, real-time
activity, and flushing the queue.

Additional Users for Postini®
- Regular Postini® setup fee includes setup of one domain
and an admin account. The Administrator may then add users themselves.
Alternatively, Webservio will perform setup of users at a rate
of $125 per hour. Typically 1 hour is sufficient for all users
to be added.
Setup
of Directory Synchronization with Postini®
- If you have a Directory Server, then Postini can contact your
server and grab your user list information in order to add,
delete or move users so that your list of users in Postini will
always match your list of users on your directory server. The
Directory Sync will work with Microsoft Active Directory 2000,
2003, and Sun ONE Directory Server. Your administrator can set
up this service or contact Webservio for assistance at the rate
of $125 per hour.
Lite Anti-Spam Protection
- This system is recommended for non-Postini customers. Without
any spam blocker your mail bagging system could be bagging unwanted
emails and preventing clean emails from being bagged.
This MailScanner system comes pre-configured for your convenience.
Please note that Webservio offers no warranty on the operation
of this service and any support requests will be billed at the
hourly remote-hand support rate. We recommend using
our Postini®- powered spam filtering service which offers
superior support and regular updates.
DNS Blacklist -
Performs a reverse lookup of the IP address each emails is sent
from to determine if it matches any suspicious IPs listed on
standard blackhole lists. This add on is not needed for Postini
customers.
Email Continuity Add-On
- Send and receive emails via Webservio's Web-based system during
your server outage.
Email Continuity Trimmer Utility
- This utility "trims" the email from each mail box based upon
the number of days the message has resided there. It can be
scheduled to automatically run daily, weekly, or monthly for
individual mail boxes or optionally for all mail boxes. This
feature is inactive by default and is only
available to VPS Mail Bagging customers with Email Continuity
in a VPS environment.
Premium Support -
includes up to 2 hours of engineering consultation (non-accruable)
up to 3 hour response $110 per month.
Superb Support - includes
up to 2 hours of engineering consultation (non-accruable) up
to 30 minutes response $195 per month.
